Purpose

This site presents the paintings of Alfredo Huerta and provides a means of contact for enquiries about acquiring them. It is not an online shop: no purchases are concluded and no payments are made through it.

Acquiring a work

The terms of each acquisition (the definitive dimensions of the work, price, payment, packing, shipping and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal) are communicated in writing before the purchase is concluded, in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations.

Intellectual property

The works reproduced here, their images, the texts and the design of the site belong to their author or are used with his permission, and are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Act).

They may not be reproduced, distributed, communicated to the public or transformed without prior written permission, except for uses permitted by law. Acquiring a work does not transfer its reproduction rights.

Use of the site

Access is free of charge. Anyone using the site undertakes to do so lawfully and not to damage, disable or overload it.

Liability

Every effort is made to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. In particular, the published dimensions are those provided by the artist and may differ slightly from the actual ones. The definitive information about each work, dimensions included, is that confirmed in writing before the purchase is concluded. The colours of a painting vary with the screen on which they are viewed.

No liability is accepted for interruptions to the service or for the content of linked third-party sites, such as Instagram.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts determined by law; where the claimant is a consumer, those of the consumer’s place of residence.
